Words of Power Poetry Workshop: "Remember the Ladies" In-Person
Celebrate National Poetry Month with local poet, Esme DeVault! Each workshop will include three poetry exercises, with each creating a different style of poem. No poetry experience necessary... but if you have some, you will love this too!
Workshop 1 (April 16): Remember the Ladies
Create poetry from the love letters of Abigail Adams to John Adams
Workshop 2 (April 30): To Foment a Rebellion
Create poetry using the words of some of America's female Revolutionary rockstars
This is the first of two "Words of Power" poetry workshops offered in collaboration with Bristol's 250th Celebration and Rogers Free Library. Separate registration is required for each workshop.
