Caregiving Series In-Person

Topic: The Importance of Socialization on Wellness

As 2025 comes to a close, Bonnie will outline research emphasizing the role that socialization has on our overall wellness and ideas around how we can continue to connect in 2026.  Sharing stories, listening, and being heard is one way to do this.  Let’s discuss the idea of a Life Story Club and if we can adapt what they are doing in NYC to our town.

Bonnie Evans is a geriatric nurse practitioner with experience in hospice and palliative care, an end-of-life doula, and grief counselor.

Registration is not required. If you can't make it in person, please find the Zoom link on the Featured Programs page of the library's website,
