Living History: Stories from the Mayflower

Living History: Stories from the Mayflower In-Person

Step back in time this Thanksgiving season! Join Myles Standish, one of the original Pilgrims who sailed on the Mayflower, in our Children's Room for an immersive living history experience. Captain Standish will be sharing firsthand accounts of the perilous journey across the Atlantic and the challenges of establishing Plymouth Colony in 1620. Learn about the Pilgrims' motivations for leaving England, their interactions with Native Americans, and the events that led to the first Thanksgiving celebration.

This educational and engaging presentation offers a unique opportunity to ask questions and gain insight into this pivotal period of American history.

Drop-in program, no registration is needed. Suitable for history enthusiasts ages 3-12.
