Let's Talk About: Aging & Caregiving Matters In-Person
Today's Topic: Food, Illness & Nourishment /
What do we do when a loved one is no longer interested in eating? This is often part of an advanced illness. Food is associated with
love, and this can be very distressing to families. How do we continue to offer comfort and care?
Please join us Tuesdays (check schedule below!) for the fourth series of Caregiving Matters to inform, inspire and connect our community and help individuals navigate the territory of getting older, caregiving, serious illness and more. The format is a brief information session followed by time for Q & A and in depth conversations.
The series is led by Bonnie Evans, a geriatric nurse practitioner with experience in hospice and palliative care, an end-of-life doula, and a caregiver advocate.
All sessions will also be available via Zoom. Go to Featured Programs on our website for more info and the zoom link on the day of the event.
