Black Ships Festival Cultural Marketplace In-Person
The annual Black Ships Festival at Independence Park will fill the air with the sounds, sights, smells and sensations of Japan.
The Cultural Marketplace at the festival takes place from 10 am - 3pm, and a library booth will be there most of the day.
There will be plenty of crafts and entertainment for all ages!
