Youth Writing Club

Youth Writing Club In-Person

Youth Writing Club (formerly Teen Writing Club) is back for a new school year! This club provides opportunities to learn practical tips for writing (primarily fiction but all genres are welcome), write in a supportive environment, and share your work with other writers.

A typical session includes collaborative warm-up writing, prompted free writing, technical discussion, and critique. Sometimes we play word games, create comics or zines, bring in speakers, etc.

All materials are provided. All genres and experience levels are welcome!

Best for ages 11-18.

Led by Mr. Gus.

Registration is preferred, but not required - feel free to drop in! We meet every Monday, but you do NOT need to attend every week.
