Let's Talk About: Aging & Caregiving Matters In-Person
Growing Older with Grit and Grace
“How would you be if you didn’t know how old you was?”, asked Satchel Paige. Using art & literature for inspiration, we will discuss how our attitude & our resilience can affect how we age. What does this look like and how do we cultivate it?
This program is led by Bonnie Evans. Bonnie is a geriatric nurse practitioner with experience in hospice and palliative care, an end-of-life doula, & grief counselor.
